Responsible Use Policy for Technology 2020-21

(2020-21학년도 책임있는 기술 사용에 관한 정책 동의서)

Respect(존중)

• I will show respect by using technology as determined and permitted by KISJ faculty. 
• I will use technology in a respectful way, for a purpose, at the appropriate time.
• I understand that the school network is monitored and controlled by the IT Department.
• I understand that use of technology at school is not a right but a privilege and will always take great care of all technology equipment - the school’s, my peers’ and my own.
  
  
• 한국국제학교 교사진이 결정하고 허용한 기술을 사용할 것을 존중하겠습니다.
• 목적에 맞게 적절한 시간에 정중한 방식으로 기술을 사용하겠습니다.
• 학교 네트워크가 IT 부서에 의해 모니터링되고 통제된다는 것을 이해합니다.
• 교내에서의 기술 사용이 권리가 아니라 특권임을 이해하며, 학교와 동료 및 개인의 모든 기술 장비에 대하여 사용시 항상 주의를 기울이겠습니다. 

Responsibility(책임)

• I will manage my digital identity and reputation. I am aware of the permanent impact of my actions in the digital world.
• I will only engage in positive, safe, legal and ethical behavior when using technology, including social interactions online or when using networked devices.
• I will manage all personal data to maintain digital privacy and security (for myself and others).
• I understand and respect the rights and obligations of using and sharing intellectual property.
  
  
• 개인의 디지털 신원과 평판을 관리하겠습니다. 나의 행동이 디지털상에 영구적인 영향을 미칠수 있음을 인지하고 있습니다.
• 온라인상의 사회적 상호작용과 더불어, 기술을 사용할 때 또는 네트워크로 연결된 장치를 사용할 때 긍정적이고 안전하며 합법적이고 윤리적인 자세로 이용하겠습니다.
• (개인과 타인에 관하여) 디지털 프라이버시 및 보안 유지를 위한 모든 개인정보 일체를 관리하겠습니다.
• 지적 재산의 사용 및 공유에 관한 권리와 의무를 이해하고 존중합니다.

Collaboration(협동)

• I will use digital tools to connect with others in an empathetic and culturally sensitive way.
• I will keep an open mind when collaborating with others using technology. Examining issues and problems from multiple viewpoints.
• When working in teams, I will contribute constructively and effectively toward a common goal.
• When exploring local and global issues, I will use collaborative technologies to investigate solutions.
  
  
• 타인과 소통하기 위하여 전자 도구를 사용함에 있어 이해심을 가지고 문화적으로 신중하게 접근하겠습니다.
• 기술을 사용하여 다른 이들과 협력할 때 열린 마음으로 임할 것이며, 여러 관점에서 논지와 문제들을 관찰하겠습니다.
• 공동으로 작업 할 때 공통의 목표를 위해 건설적이고 효과적으로 기여하겠습니다.
• 지역 및 범세계적 화제를 탐색 할 때, 협업 기술을 활용하여 해결방안을 모색하겠습니다.

Communication(소통)

• I will choose the appropriate digital platforms and tools to meet my desired objective. 
• I will use a variety of digital tools to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• I will publish or present content that customizes the message for the intended audience.
• I will create original works or responsibly repurpose digital resources into new creations.
  
  
• 추구하는 목적에 맞는 적절한 디지털 플랫폼과 도구를 선택하겠습니다.
• 복잡한 아이디어를 명확하고 효과적으로 전달하기 위하여 다양한 전자 도구를 사용하겠습니다.
• 제작물의 대상에 맞게 개별화된 메시지를 발행하고 제시하겠습니다.
• 독창적인 창작물을 제작하거나 디지털 자원을 개별적으로 수정하여 새로운 창작물로 개정하겠습니다.

These guidelines apply to all digital devices, including cell phones, and have been adapted from the ISTE Student Standards. (본 지침은 휴대전화를 포함한 모든 전자기기에 적용되며, ISTE 학생 표준을 기반으로 작성되었습니다.)
