Letter of Agreement

I hereby declare that I have been in Jeju for a minimum of 14 days and have not had any symptoms in relation to the Corona Virus. I have also read and understand the Protocols for Return of Students & Resumption of Campus Classes.

I understand that providing any false information, or failing to abide by the policies set out in KISJ “Protocols for Return of Students & Resumption”  could lead to academic and legal consequences.

저는 최소 14일 동안 제주에 있었고 코로나 바이러스와 관련하여 어떠한 증상도 없었음을 선언합니다. 저는 또한 '학생의 귀환과 캠퍼스 수업 재개를 위한 프로토콜'을 읽고 이해했습니다.

저는 잘못된 정보를 제공하거나, KISJ "학생 복귀 및 재개를 위한 프로토콜"에 명시된 정책을 지키지 않을 경우 학업 및 법적 결과를 초래할 수 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다.
