Consent Form for School Email and Google Drive Data Management Upon Resignation

I have fully understood the guidelines related to the management of KISJ (school) email and Google Drive data, and I agree to faithfully comply with the following terms.

  1. Ownership of School Email and Google Drive
    • All school accounts (Google accounts, emails, etc.) and the files and data stored therein are assets of KISJ school.
    • Access permissions to such accounts (email, drive, etc.) will be automatically revoked 30 days after resignation.
  2. Work Handover and Data Preservation
    • All work-related files and data must be transferred from personal Google Drive to the shared drive of the affiliated department/team.
    • The transfer of data required for school work must be completed before account deactivation; failure to do so may result in data loss.
    • Sharing or transferring data to personal Google accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate deletion of such data without further notice upon discovery.
    • Please note that limited access to data may be allowed after resignation to ensure a smooth work handover if necessary.
  3. Personal Information Protection and Use of Personal Email Standards
    • Only the official school email account (@kis.ac) must be used during work, and personal use of the school email is prohibited.
    • If work-related emails or data were inevitably sent or received through personal email accounts before resignation, all such data must be deleted.
    • Non-work-related personal data should be stored separately and deleted from the school account.
  4. Compliance with Relevant Laws and Responsibility Notice
    • Strict compliance with relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and Copyright Act, is mandatory.
    • Unauthorized removal, sharing via personal email, or deletion of school work data may result in legal liabilities.
    • Improper deletion of work-related emails and data may lead to criminal penalties and civil claims for damages, so special caution is advised.
